Spencer Ogden is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support our business across multiple jurisdictions. This role will play a key part in contract review, negotiation support, and stakeholder training, ensuring commercial and legal risk is effectively managed.
Key Responsibilities
Review and advise on all company contracts, providing clear redlines and guidance to internal stakeholders on key commercial and legal terms - Including client contracts, NDAs, lease agreements, and contractor agreements
Assess applicable laws across multiple jurisdictions and provide appropriate, practical advice
Own and maintain company contract templates, updating them as required
Train internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk, and negotiation principles
Support contract negotiations, including one-to-one coaching with sales and business teams
Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract review and approval
