Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, drafting, negotiation, redlining, and execution of high value construction contracts, amendments, and agreements with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for natural gas/power infrastructure projects. Analyze contract terms for risks, compliance with legal/regulatory standards (e.g., energy sector regs), and alignment with project goals; recommend strategies to protect company interests. Partner with outside legal counsel to ensure swift contract negotiations and execution. Monitor contract performance, track deliverables, manage change orders, and resolve disputes; conduct audits and direct corrective actions as needed. Prepare executive-level reports, summaries, and presentations on contract status, project risks, costs, and milestones for C-suite review and decision-making.
