• Manage contract correspondence, variations, and claims.
• Manage contractors and work directly with the construction manager.
• Monitor progress and critical path.
• Support delay analysis and mitigation.
• Coordinate with construction manager and discipline leads.

Where you will work

Located at the site office in Tarlac City, Philippines, overseeing the construction of a major industrial plant for a global beverage brand. The project is expected to last 12–14 months, with a possibility for extension.
