Key Responsibilities

• Commercial: Lead overall commercial strategy and cost control for assigned projects to achieve target margins.
• Contracts: Manage contract administration from award to close-out, ensuring compliance with terms, notices and procedures.
• Claims: Prepare, review and negotiate progress claims, variation claims, EOT/LOA (where applicable) and contractual entitlements.
• Variations: Control variation valuation, ensure timely submissions and maintain proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Subcontracts: Oversee subcontractor procurement support, subcontract terms, valuations and final accounts.
