Contract Manager (CCM)

Responsibilities:

Ensure that project team enforces contractual rights, gets compensations for losses and damages due to delays, disruptions, and other causes, defends against claims and exploits potentials to secure additional scope and profit.

Main Tasks:
Establish and deploy a common claim and change order strategy together with the project management.
