How You Will Make Your Impact

• Negotiate simple to complex customer and vendor agreements including cloud terms of service, licensing, co-marketing and resale, resale and distribution licenses, renewals, and ancillary relationship agreements
• Assess underlying transaction risk and provide practical solutions to remediate client commercial and legal exposure
• Apply independent judgment and effectively leverage internal resources, processes and playbooks in all aspects of client service
