Job Description
Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing pre-opening and post-opening operations of the contract, ensuring effective mobilization, compliance, and service delivery. The role works closely with project management, site leadership, and senior management to establish strong operational, financial, and safety foundations while delivering an excellent Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service.
Key responsibilities include leading contract mobilization, staff recruitment and training, supplier and subcontractor coordination, and setting up administrative and operational procedures. The Contract Manager develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and CAPEX recommendations, ensures compliance with Sodexo policies and the Client for Life program, and drives a positive working culture.
