What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage the Contracts team, ensuring accurate delivery of work within agreed timeframes
• Act as the primary escalation point and build strong, trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Oversee contract administration and ensure timely, accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
• Monitor, analyse and report on contractual KPIs, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement
• Coordinate and participate in internal preparation meetings and external client forums
