Job Description
Their role on large complex projects is:
To monitor the project (delivery and scope), financial and legal risks on the projects in real time using the signed customer and 3rd party contracts as the base.
To identify the associated risks and document (using the project documents) StarHub's positions accurately according to the contract mechanisms and procedures in the customer and 3rd party contracts (this will then form the basis of the evidence required for defences and claims when StarHub is not at fault).
To provide real time contract advice to the PM's and team members on how to manage and mitigate the identified risks.
To strategize, put together and negotiate the Extension of Time (EOT) and Prolongation Claims that mitigate the liquidated damages claims and delay costs if the fault of the delay is not caused by StarHub.
