Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and manage tender documentation including BoQ, costing, unit pricing, clarifications, and risk analysis.
• Develop costings for both pre-contract and post-contract phases.
• Analyse and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with quality standards.
• Draft tender proposals, handle client correspondence, and oversee budget monitoring.
• Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary (i.e., analyse and evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to quality standards).
• Track quantities, project costs, and control profit margins.
• Participate in audits and project reviews to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
