Your contribution

As Contract Manager, you will ensure efficient, risk-aware, and business-focused legal operations for all Tecan affiliates worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Legal Affairs, you will:
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of standardized contracts for all Group affiliates worldwide, including confidentiality agreements, terms & conditions, procurement, consultancy, co-marketing, beta testing, and key opinion leader agreements

Provide general legal support as required
Provide training to employees on legal matters
Collaborate with colleagues in Legal Affairs and business stakeholders across the globe to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
