Contract Manufacturing Lead

Job Purpose

As a Contract Manufacturing Lead reporting to the CM Lead Region/Global, your primary responsibility will be to manage a specific set of Contract Manufacturing sites within the broader landscape overseen by the senior role. This is an important position, in that it plays a crucial role in supporting the overall success of contract manufacturing operations.

Operational Oversight

• Production Monitoring : Regularly monitor and track the production schedules (incl. innovation networks) of assigned Contract manufacturers. Ensure that production targets are met efficiently and in accordance with established timelines.
• Quality Control : Implement and oversee quality control measures, working closely with the Quality Assurance team. Address any deviations from quality standards promptly and collaborate on corrective actions.
