Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Process loan transactions according to the established rules and procedures for efficiency and operational risk control

  • Process daily loan transactions covering loan drawdown, rollover, fee collection, SWIFT payment, loan confirmation etc.

  • Prepare/check Banking Returns, Head Office’s financial term end reports and other internal and MIS report

  • Handle general clerical duties including data input, filing, mailing and other correspondence preparation

  • Participate the projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by senior from time to time

    • Requirements:

  • HKDSE with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in corporate loans operations; Degree holder with less experience will also be considered

  • Good knowledge in corporate loan product processing and risk control

  • Fluent spoken English and Chinese

  • Conversant with MS Office
