In this role, you will be a vital part of Mercor’s mission to connect leading talent with AI research labs. The position requires a registered patent attorney or agent with experience in IP prosecution and litigation. You’ll be responsible for designing IP scenarios, reviewing AI-generated responses, and collaborating with a talented team to enhance model performance.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop IP scenarios from legal practice • Draft exceptional reference responses for evaluations • Assess AI-generated responses against stringent rubrics • Provide insight to improve model performance • Attend onboarding and specialty meetings
Requirements: • Registered with USPTO/CIPO/UKIPO as a patent professional • 1–4 years of experience in IP-related work • Exceptional writing and detail-oriented skills...
