Overview

The Consilio Legal Transformation Service practice is looking for an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to lead CLM implementations, consulting, and strategy projects within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) practice. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project management activities for CLM engagements. You will support all aspects of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring strategic alignment and successful outcomes for our clients.

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, from initial scoping and planning through execution and post-implementation review.
• Oversee timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and deliverables to ensure project milestones are met.
