Contract Sales Recruiter

.Xometry is seeking a dedicated Contract Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier sales talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and Argentina. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles within the organization as needed. This will be a 3-6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer presentation.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
