CONTRACT Senior Software Engineer (C++/Python/Linux)

Overview

A growing company is looking for a CONTRACT Senior Software Engineer to help further productionise and improve a software product for global customers.

Responsibilities

• Be hands-on with good overall systems experience including design, architecture, testing, engineering robust solutions, and helping a more junior engineer hone their craft.

What you’ll bring

• BSc or BEng in Computer Science or Software Engineering or not
• 6 years+ software engineering experience in C++ & Python on Linux
• Experience of hardware related systems like embedded, firmware or similar
• Good approach to coding best practices standards
• Some experience or interest in computer vision, photography or image processing
• Enjoy helping a small team improve their overall systems with regards to deployments, rolling out updates etc
