Contract Specialist

General Job Function:

Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority):

1. Analyze customer contracting requirements to assess commercial, legal and technical risks (, warranty, delivery/risk of loss, payment terms), and prepare and recommend appropriate sales contract terms and conditions and other agreements (NDAs, MOUs, software licenses) and flowdown terms for suppliers, service agreement among Westinghouse group including recommendation of any strategies to mitigate contractual, technical or commercial risks.

2. In addition to grasp the Baseline sales principles/requirements, review the policy documents of the offer & LOA. Support Commercial Integration (CI) on advising terms & conditions to be adopted in the offer. Develop risk assessments for the internal governance and approval of deviations to baseline terms applied to customer contracts.
