Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as a Contract Specialist for full-service District responsible for pre / post-award functions for procurements across a broad spectrum of Construction, A-E, Military Construction, and Service and Supply contracts of significant importance to the agency and its customers. Responsibilities Execute pre/ post-award contracting for Construction, MILCON, Architect-Engineer, Supply Service requirements to include acquisition planning, soliciting quotes or offers, negotiating terms, developing award documents, and contract administration.
