What you'll be doing

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts, service-level agreements, and other legal documents
2. Monitoring contract performance and ensuring timely renewals, amendments, and terminations
3. Maintaining a centralised database of all contracts and related documentation
4. Providing support to cross-functional teams on contractual matters and assisting with contract-related queries
