Contract Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Contract Management Specialist to oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple agreements efficiently while maintaining high governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts including service agreements, vendor contracts, and NDAs.
• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain and update centralized contract repository, tracking renewals, expirations, and obligations.
