Responsibilities Serving as a Contract Specialist GS-1102-9/11 makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) team and mission. These positions are located in the Procurement Division (PRO) under the Mission and Readiness Support Directorate (MRSD).
