CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Contracting Department of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below. Responsibilities You will provide contract administration principles and practices to monitor performance and solve problems. You will perform a variety of contracting actions encountered throughout the pre-award and/or post-award phases of the contracting process using established contracting procedures. You will perform price or cost analyses, and prepare contracts, and execute award documents. You will provide assistance in the development of contractually acceptable statement of work, performance work statements, and quality assurance criteria You will review technical and cost evaluation reports for accuracy and completeness.
