About Wider Circle
Wider Circle partners with health plans and provider groups to deliver community-based programs that connect neighbors and improve health outcomes, focusing on health equity and social care for Medicare/Medicaid populations. As a 1099 Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting frontline community health professionals who directly impact communities across the United States. You will be supported a growing talent acquisition team and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruiting
+ Source, attract, screen and hire candidates for frontline community health roles across the U.S., including Community Health Workers, Care Navigators, Case Managers, and similar positions.
