Contract Technical Recruiter

.Xometry is seeking a dedicated Contract Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top‑tier tech talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and the LATAM region. This recruiter may be pulled into working on non‑technical roles within the organization as needed. This will be a 3‑6 month contract.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process for technology positions, from sourcing to offer presentations.
• Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified candidates.
• Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
