*Contract to Perm* Intermediate ServiceNow Administrator to configure and Maintain SN SAM Pro tooling with one of our major banking clients-

Location: Toronto or Scarborough/Hybrid (2 Days a Week on site)

Duration: 6 Months (Must be convert perm after)

 Hours: 37.5 Hours per week

FTE Salary Range: 95k with 10% bonus structure

Project: Within ITAM – SAM, these roles will administer ServiceNow SAM Pro and lead reporting & governance to ensure model integrity, normalization accuracy, and executive-ready reporting for risk, compliance, and operational decision-making.

• SAM Pro Administration: Configure & maintain SAM Pro and supporting tables.

• Normalization: Own/maintain normalization rules; drive health to target thresholds.
