Contract Tour Associate | $15/H

We are hiring Contract Tour Associate to assist with school group visits. This role involves escorting students, ensuring safety, and supporting museum educators and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Tues, Wed, Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Escort and usher school groups safely during museum visits
• Manage bus arrivals, check school groups, and direct them to stations
• Assist educators and volunteers with logistics and enquiries
• Provide feedback on props/materials and report issues to staff
• Observe and evaluate guides, recording inputs

Requirements

• Minimum A Levels or Diploma
• Presentable, approachable, and independent
• Comfortable walking and being on your feet throughout the day
• Experience engaging with children (e.g. teaching/childcare) a plus
