As a Transaction Advisory Services Manager you will be responsible for executing financial/accounting due diligence projects while supervising junior members of the team. You will be responsible for significant portions of report deliverables and will communicate findings to clients.

• Perform analyses of financial and operational results of targets by reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
