Contractor – Asset Services

Our client is seeking a Contractor to join their Asset Services (AS) team. This role supports payment pre-processing and callback verification to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and client mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre-processing checks for client-related transactions prior to remittance processing
• Ensure approvals and instructions comply with client signing mandates and procedures
• Escalate any procedural deviations or exceptions
• Conduct and verify callbacks for asset transfers and static data updates
• Handle BAU queries and ensure timely resolution or escalation
• Perform end-of-day control checks and sign-offs
• Identify risk issues and process gaps; support process improvement initiatives
