Contractor Confirmations & Counterparty Management Analyst

Our client, an oil and gas company are looking to hire Contractor Confirmations & Counterparty Management Analyst to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension/conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 4 days per week in office in Calgary.


Your responsibilities include:

Counterparty Onboarding and Management: Oversee the onboarding of new commodity counterparties, including customer setup, KYC screening, and maintaining counterparty data in trading and ERP systems.

Trade Confirmation Management: Process and manage daily commodity trade confirmations across various ETRM platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial contracts and company policies.

Data Maintenance and Cleanup: Collaborate on data cleanup and ensure accurate counterparty information across ETRM and ERP systems in preparation for system upgrades.

System Information Updates: Ensure systems such as SAP, Solarc Right Angle, Allegro Horizon, and other...
