Contractor - Expeditor

Contract End Date – 30/04/2027

The Expeditor will ensure timely, quality delivery of purchased goods and services by tracking orders, communicating with suppliers, resolving delays, and verifying shipments, to ensure materials and services arrive on time and to minimise supply disruptions and support operational continuity.

The position reports to the Procurement Operations Manager and is part of the Procurement team at Astron Energy which is responsible for procurement of all goods and services to support its operations in South Africa and Botswana.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the progress of orders from placement to delivery, including manufacturing and shipping
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery dates and adherence to specifications.
