Job Description
The Role
Review and interrogate builder progress claims to ensure entitlement and cost accuracy Assess and negotiate variations, EOTs and additional payment claims Track cost movement, financial exposure and risks outside head contract scope Support management of head contracts, consultant agreements and procurement Assist with feasibility inputs, tender processes and QS reviews Maintain detailed commercial registers, reporting and documentation discipline
The Criteria
3 to 7 years Contracts Administration experience builder side essential Strong understanding of head contract structures, variations and EOT assessment Practical site exposure with solid understanding of construction sequencing Confident challenging cost positions without damaging relationships Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
