Contracts Analyst (Bogotá)

Key Responsibilities

• Our Contracts Analysts support in the elaboration, review, and negotiation of contracts with customers and suppliers, with the support of internal contracting standards and legal guidelines, where different perspectives from legal, such as technical, financial and administrative, are welcome.
• Drafts, reviews, proposes revisions, and negotiates contracts with customers for the provision of products and/or services, including without limitation exception.
