About the Role

The position reports to the O&M SCM Manager and this position is based in Madrid. High interaction with team members and business stakeholders is expected, including alignment across time zones, depending on the business unit requiring support.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business unit (BU) procurement plans and category contracting strategies, aligned with project schedules, budgets and risk profile.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events (RFIs/RFQs/RFPs) in Ariba: define sourcing strategy, build tender packages, manage communications and clarifications, and ensure full auditability and compliance.
