Contracts and Budgets Associate

Role Overview

We’re expanding across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru, and we’re looking for a Contracts & Budgets Associate to help support our expansion across the region and around the globe!

The Contracts & Budgets Associate, Site Contract Management, develops and negotiates regional study budgets based on the requirements of a study protocol, as well as reviewing, drafting, negotiating and tracking a variety of legal agreements which include confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements. The postholder works closely with the Clinical Operations study team and plays a key role in ensuring deliverables are in alignment with defined study timelines.
