Contracts & Asset Management Analyst

The Contracts & Asset Management Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the commercial, contractual, and asset management activities of energy infrastructure projects, including but not limited to Batter Energy Storage Systems (BESS). This position is responsible for coordinating with contractors, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments, and managing contract-related activities including execution, amendment, and cancellation. The role also includes oversight of project compliance, audit coordination, and response to technical lender inquiries.

On the asset management side, the Analyst helps implement long-term service agreements (LTSA), monitor performance guarantees, manage procurement and inventory of spare parts, and support the operation of site and central warehouses.
