Billing and Payment Processing:
Prepare, scrutinize, and certify Contractor bills.

Negotiatiors and Conflict Resolution:
Attend negotiation meetings with vendors and subcontractors to fiancée terms. Resolve issues/conflicts
Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering by proposing alternative materials or construction methods without compromising quality.
Cost Control:
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying cost overruns and implementing cost control measures. Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.
Risk Assessment
Assess and manage risks related to cost, scopi changes, and other project variables. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and maintain project profitability.
