Job Description: Job Role: Contracts & Billings - Projects Job Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru Pay: 60,000-1,00,000 Billing and Payment Processing: Prepare, scrutinize, and certify Contractor bills. Contracts: Documentation & Coordination: Project Planning and Coordination: Negotiatiors and Conflict Resolution: Attend negotiation meetings with vendors and subcontractors to fiancée terms. Resolve issues/conflicts Value Engineering: Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering by proposing alternative materials or construction methods without compromising quality. Cost Control: Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, identifying cost overruns and implementing cost control measures. Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.
