Concor invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Contracts Director. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Operations Executive. This position is for various projects across Southern Africa. The purpose of the role is to lead the execution of multiple building construction projects to ensure delivery on time, to budget, and to adhere to quality requirements through teamwork, professionalism, and ethical behaviour while ensuring continuous safety on projects. Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide competent and effective leadership of the construction process and teams including living the Company values and being visible and engaged.
Ensure legal compliance with contracts by monitoring changes in laws or regulations that may affect the company’s ability to meet its obligations.
