The Quantity Surveyor conducts bidding, award of proposed project, payment processing and monitoring of the project from bidding to contract close-out. Other responsibilities involved are tabulation and evaluation of bids, preparation of control estimates, evaluation of change orders prior during construction and preparation of contract closure amendments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluation and validation of Change Orders/Extra Work
• Process contract billings for timely payment to contractor through approval in Sapphire Billing Management System
