Job Description
1. B.E. Civil Engineering
2. PG in Construction/Contracts Management – preferred
3. Sound knowledge in FIDIC Contracts - Red / Yellow / Silver
4. Sound knowledge in project scheduling, EoT / Delay analysis and programming software like primavera and MSP.
5. Experience in operations with good understanding of infrastructure works (roads, bridges, buildings, metros) atleast 10 years
6. Identification, monitoring and mitigation of Project risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
7. Drafting & Vetting of Contractual communications/project correspondences.
8. Ensuring timely notices for various issues arising at site pertaining to Extension of time, variations, settlement of disputes.
9. Handling of Delay and Disruption claims.
10. Experience in Dispute resolution processes such as DAB, Conciliation, Mediation, Arbitration
