Job Description

                    Contract preparation & review 
Drafts and reviews contracts, subcontracts and agreement 
Ensure all contract document are clear, complete and compliant with company and legal standards 
Verifies contract scope, technical specifications and BOQ's 
Tendering & Procurement 
Prepares bidding documents 
Assists in pre-qualification of subcontractors/suppliers 
Conduct bid evaluations,comparing technical and commercial submissions 
Recommends winning bidders based on price, capability and compliance 
Contract Administration 
Monitors contractor/subcontractor performance against contract terms 
Ensures that site work match the agreed scope,schedule and cost 
Prepares and manages correspondence, notices and contract communications 
Variations & Change Orders
