Job Summary

As a Contracts Engineer, you will be the main link between the company and our customers for all contract-related matters. You will ensure smooth coordination from order entry until delivery, invoicing, and payment collection while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on all contract-related matters.
• Review and understand customer Purchase Orders (PO), scope, technical, commercial and contract requirements.
• Ensure accurate order entry into IFS (ERP system).
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments to meet project timelines, production schedules, VDRL submissions, and customer requirements.
• Manage VDRL submissions, track customer approvals, and distribute approved documents to all relevant departments.
