Contracts Executive (Legal)

This role will see you come on board as a Contracts Executive (Legal) where you will be apart of a dynamic and creative industry.

This role is to start as soon as possible base in the London office. Your role will involve but is not limited too:

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for content provided across all divisions

Work closely with Editorial staff to provide contractual support

Maintain an accurate record of contract progress

High internal stakeholder management

Experienced drafting, reviewing contract and addenda

 
About you:

Detailed orientated

Must have experience as a contracts administrator or executive

Previous experiences in print, broadcast, distribution and/or media is highly desirable

Excellent knowledge of Biblio
