Contracts Executive

Airswift is looking for one Contracts Executive to work in Singapore (Open for local/ PR only). 

Responsibility

• Contracts personnel perform a key role in the Project Team. They bring together contractual, commercial and technical knowledge in order to provide contractual and commercial guidance to the project team and the wider organisation.
• Assist and support line management with organising and maintaining logs and files (both in terms of a central database and hard copy filing systems) in a systematic manner to allow for easy access.
• Post Client contract award, assist in the preparation of pre-qualification activities, and RFQs for subcontracts and department.
• Exposure to drafting of low risk and/or small size contracts. Drafting of internal approval sheet for low risk contracts and obtaining the various levels of approval for all contracts.
