Contracts Management Specialist

Position Summary

As a pivotal member of the Commercial Contracting Solutions team, the BU Contract Management Specialist will support end‑to‑end tender and commercial contract processes, from contract initiation to maintenance.

Responsibilities include leading tactical processes such as contract price offerings, contract set‑up intake, price management and rebate calculations, executing contract development, award redlining, maintaining response libraries, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Ensures compliance with commercial contract SOPs while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business unit marketing, finance, sales, legal, healthcare compliance, and other teams.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Bid Search and Validation: Perform bid site searches for new tenders, review tender documents, and identify information to the commercial team.
