 :Parsons is seeking an accomplished Contracts Manager to lead and manage all contractual, commercial, and claims-related aspects of a major hospitality resort development, including hotel and villas. You will act as the commercial backbone of a high-profile project, overseeing complex, high-value contracts and ensuring robust contract governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment throughout the contract lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review contractors IPC & manage internal invoicing process provided to client.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from RFP and tender documentation through award, execution, and close-out.
Lead pre- and post-contract activities including procurement support, contract drafting, negotiations, and amendments.
Oversee contractual compliance, ensuring adherence to conditions of contract, procedures, and reporting requirements.
