  Our client is a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in NSW delivering major New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects up to $100M.

 Operating across commercial, education, & government with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager for an exciting Commercial project (new build) located in Western Sydney.

 As the Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:
 Mentoring and leading a team of CA's and Cadets
 Overseeing the creation and updating program of work
 Creating and tracking cost reports
 Ensuring compliance with HSECQ requirements
 Involvement with tendering/estimation
 Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors
 Creating and modifying ITP’s
 Creating and modifying SWMS
 Raising RFI’s and tracking responses
