A well-established biotechnology company based in San Francisco is seeking a Contracts Manager to support its legal and business teams. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a contracts professional with experience in the biotech or life sciences sector. The role focuses on managing, drafting, and negotiating a high volume of commercial and research-related agreements while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across scientific, operational, and business functions.


Key Responsibilities

+ Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, MSAs, SOWs, consulting agreements, and research collaboration contracts

+ Support contracts related to research and development, clinical activities, and commercial operations

+ Manage the full contract lifecycle, from intake and review through execution and amendment
