Contracts Manager/Director
Dublin City
€125k - €140k + package (DOE)
Clear progression to Project Director level.
A Tier 1 contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of major projects across Dublin- including high-end refurbishment, data centre and energy schemes (€5m–€50m+).
This is a genuine leadership role- not just overseeing projects, but driving performance across programme, commercial delivery and client relationships.
You’ll be stepping into:
✔ A strong pipeline of secured Dublin projects
✔ Complex, high-profile builds
✔ A clear progression plan to Project Director
Looking to speak with senior professionals currently operating at Project Director / Contracts Manager level, or Project Managers ready to step up.
